ReDesign: What is it and why?

ReDesign is unique in the ability to quickly rejuvenate a room’s décor using existing furnishings and accessories. Create a fresh new look all in one day! Clients have great pieces and ideas, but just haven't been able to make it all "come together," or have been too busy to experiment. We can make dramatic improvements in the space without having to start over. We do add in new elements at the clients request to make the room pop!

What does the design process look like?

Initially, we meet with the clients for a ReDesign consultation outlining what the plan is and any “homework” (clean, edit, repair) the client has to complete and then set the date for the ReDesign and styling. We then work our magic, creating warm, inviting, functional spaces that work.  Your Home…ReFreshed!  For real estate staging the homeowner may be more involved in the editing and de-cluttering process.

The staging process begins with a consultation to determine homesellers needs. A checklist of “homework” (declutter, edit, home repair) is created for the client to do prior to staging. Our design team then comes back to redesign and style the occupied property or brings in fine lease furniture art and accessories to transform a vacant space. Realtors also often have staging as part of their marketing package. Builders and developers use staging to highlight their show suites in new developments and show homes.
